Returns and Refunds

1. Scope of application

This policy governs returns and refunds for digital products and services sold on the site, including digital guides and checklists, video courses and online training content, and professional consulting and services related to eCommerce and Shopify. It applies to B2C and B2B customers where compatible with mandatory consumer protection regulations.

2. Digital products downloadable or accessible online

For digital goods provided on a non-material medium via download or online access, the right of withdrawal does not apply once use of the content has begun, subject to express consent and acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase. Access is considered initiated when the Customer opens the link, downloads the file, or accesses the educational platform. Before this time, the Consumer Customer may withdraw by notifying info@ifgecommerce.com in writing.

At checkout, the consumer customer is required to expressly confirm, using the appropriate checkbox, their desire to immediately receive the execution of the contract and the supply of the digital content, simultaneously accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The provisions on withdrawal do not apply to Customers purchasing as professionals/businesses (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Consulting and training services

For services provided remotely by appointment:
• if the execution has not started , the consumer Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal with a full refund
• if the execution has started but not concluded within the legal deadline, the refund will be proportionate to the service not yet provided
• if the service is fully performed , the withdrawal is no longer exercisable
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B customers, unless otherwise provided in the written contract.

4. Malfunctions and defects of digital content

In the event of damaged files , broken links, or technical problems that prevent use, the Owner guarantees, at no cost to the Customer, restoration of compliance by sending a new link, replacing the file, or enabling access. If restoration is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or price reduction may be granted based on the identified problem.

5. Exclusions from refund

Unless otherwise indicated on the Product page, the following are non-refundable :
• digital content already downloaded or whose use has begun
• partially used bundles or packages if use results in the unlocking of non-separable content
• price differences due to promotions after purchase
coupons, discount codes, credits and freebies
• lack of compatibility with devices or software that do not comply with the requirements indicated on the Product page

6. Procedure for requesting assistance or reimbursement

To submit a request, please send an email to info@ifgecommerce.com , including your name, order number, purchase date, the affected product or service, and a detailed description of the issue, including any screenshots or error messages. The request must preferably be received within 14 days of the date of purchase or scheduled delivery of the service. Consumers retain all statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content (Legislative Decree 170/2021).

7. Evaluation and timing

The Owner responds to the request within 3 business days with the preliminary outcome and, if necessary, technical recovery instructions. If the refund is approved, the credit will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any additional timeframes depend on the Customer's payment institution.

8. Duplicate Charges, Fraud, and Incorrect Orders

If you detect a duplicate or unauthorized charge , please contact us immediately. After verification, we will reverse or refund the amount incorrectly charged. For orders placed in error, please contact us promptly before accessing or downloading the content to discuss cancellation.

9. Access to the Academy platform

Access to the Academy's video courses and materials is personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized sharing of access will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any refunds. Content updates may be released over time at the Owner's discretion.

10. Updates and obsolescence

The materials are created with the utmost care, but third-party platforms like Shopify are subject to frequent updates. The Owner is not responsible for any obsolescence of the content due to changes beyond its control. Where appropriate, updates or additions will be published.

11. Policy abuse

The Owner reserves the right to refuse requests that are manifestly instrumental or abusive , as well as to suspend access in the event of violation of the conditions of use or fraudulent behavior.
