Information Regarding the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal pursuant to EU Directive 2023/2673

Consumers residing within the European Union have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit statement of intent to withdraw from the contract must be sent. This can be done by activating the two-step guided identification and confirmation procedure available online via the following link:

Access the orders section of your account to initiate the withdrawal request

To comply with the legal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the aforementioned 14-day period.

Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds

Withdrawal from the contract entails the reimbursement of all payments made to the seller, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of personalized delivery types or those different from the least expensive standard method offered by the store), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the seller receives communication of the decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that the goods have been returned.
