ART. 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Access to, consultation of, and use of the features of the website www.ifgecommerce.com (hereinafter, the "Website") constitute the User's unconditional acceptance of this Legal Notice. If the User does not agree, in whole or in part, with the provisions set forth herein, they are invited to immediately terminate navigation. The use of the Website is governed by current Italian and European law.

ART. 2 – OWNERSHIP AND TITLE

The Website and every service connected to it are the exclusive property of IFG eCommerce® by Francesco Guiducci, VAT No. 16879681001, with registered office at Via Giacinto Pullino 72, 00154 Roma (RM), Italy.

ART. 3 – PROTECTION OF REGISTERED TRADEMARK AND DISTINCTIVE SIGNS ®

INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION NOTICE: The IFG eCommerce® trademark (name and logo) is a registered trademark. Third parties are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, altering, or counterfeiting these distinctive signs without the explicit written consent of the Owner.

Protection extends to the name IFG eCommerce Academy, the domain name, and every other related distinctive sign. Use of the trademark is prohibited within:

  • Third-party domain names and subdomains;
  • Keyword advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) aimed at generating confusion or commercial parasitism;
  • Meta-tags and social network handles. Any violation will result in the immediate commencement of injunctive and compensatory actions in the competent courts.

ART. 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All content present on the Website — including, but not limited to: texts, Liquid/HTML source code, graphics, video lessons, checklists, PDF guides, information architectures, and Theme 2.0 layouts — are intellectual creations protected by copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941 and international treaties).

  • Prohibition of Reproduction: The copying, extraction (including through data scraping techniques), distribution, and publication of content for commercial or public purposes is prohibited.
  • Personal Use: Access to and use of the content is permitted exclusively for the personal and private use of regularly purchasing customers.

ART. 5 – DISCLAIMER

5.1. Informational Purpose: The content, guides, and courses are intended exclusively for informational and educational purposes. They do not, in any way, constitute legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

5.2. Obligation of Means: The eCommerce strategies and technical setups suggested are the result of the Owner's professional experience. However, eCommerce is an entrepreneurial activity subject to risk: the Owner does not guarantee any minimum economic result, sales volume, or ROI (Return on Investment).

5.3. Errors and Updates: Despite maximum engineering diligence, the Owner does not guarantee that the information is free of errors or that it is constantly updated with respect to sudden changes in third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify core updates or API variations).

5.4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits) resulting from the application of the information present on the Website.

ART. 6 – PERMITTED USE AND PROHIBITIONS

The User agrees not to use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes. It is expressly forbidden to:

  • Use Website content for the training of Artificial Intelligence systems (AI Training) without a specific license agreement;
  • Attempt to breach the security systems of the Website or the checkout;
  • Engage in conduct capable of damaging the professional reputation of IFG eCommerce®.

ART. 7 – EXTERNAL LINKS (LINKING)

The Website may contain links to third-party resources (e.g., Shopify, CJ Dropshipping, DSers). The Owner exercises no control over such sites and disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and security of the content or services offered therein.

ART. 8 – REPORTS OF VIOLATION

Should any party believe that Website content violates their intellectual property rights, they are invited to send a detailed report to info@ifgecommerce.com. The Owner will act promptly for appropriate verification and the eventual removal of the disputed material.

ART. 9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, without prejudice to the application of mandatory rules for consumer protection, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome is established.
