ART. 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

Access to, consultation of, and use of any functionality of the website www.ifgecommerce.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site," constitute the User's unconditional and full adherence to these Legal Notices. Should the User disagree, in whole or in part, with the provisions set forth herein, they are required to immediately cease browsing and the use of any related services. The use of the Site and its contents is governed exclusively by current Italian and European law.

ART. 2 – OWNERSHIP AND INFRASTRUCTURE TITLE

The Site, its technical architecture, and every service connected to it are the exclusive property of the sole proprietorship IFG eCommerce® by Francesco Guiducci, with registered office at Via Giacinto Pullino 72, 00154 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT No. IT16879681001. Any communication of a legal nature, including the notification of formal acts or complaints, must be forwarded exclusively to the official email address: info@ifgecommerce.com.

ART. 3 – TRADEMARK PROTECTION AND DISTINCTIVE SIGNS

A formal industrial protection notice is hereby issued: the IFG eCommerce® trademark, in both its word and figurative (logo) components, is an internationally protected registered trademark. Third parties are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, altering, counterfeiting, or otherwise exploiting such distinctive signs without the prior and explicit written consent of the Owner. This protection extends to the name "IFG eCommerce Academy," registered domain names, and any other distinctive sign related to the corporate identity. The use of the trademark within third-party domain names and subdomains, keyword advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) aimed at generating confusion or commercial parasitism, as well as within meta-tags or social network handles, is expressly forbidden. Any verified violation will result in the immediate commencement of injunctive and compensatory actions in the competent civil and criminal venues.

ART. 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT, AND SCRAPING PROHIBITIONS

All content present on the Site, including but not limited to texts, Liquid source codes, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, graphics, video lessons, technical checklists, PDF guides, information architectures, and customized Theme 2.0 layouts, are intellectual works protected by current copyright legislation (Italian Law 633/1941). The copying, extraction, distribution, publication, and reproduction of the contents, even partially, for commercial or public purposes is strictly prohibited. The use of data scraping techniques or automated systems for data extraction from the Site is expressly forbidden. The use of the contents is permitted exclusively for personal, private, and non-commercial use by regularly purchasing customers, within the limits of the license granted at the time of purchase.

ART. 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

The Owner specifies that the contents, guides, templates, and courses distributed through the Site are for informational, educational, and technical-engineering support purposes only. Such materials do not in any way constitute legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. The suggested eCommerce strategies and technical setups are the result of the Owner's professional experience, but the operation of an eCommerce business remains an entrepreneurial practice subject to business risk. The Owner does not guarantee any minimum economic result, pre-established sales volumes, or specific returns on investment (ROI). Despite the maximum engineering diligence applied, the Owner does not guarantee that the information is entirely free of errors or constantly updated with respect to sudden changes in third-party platforms, such as Shopify core updates or API variations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit and loss of data, arising from the application of the information present on the Site.

ART. 6 – PERMITTED USE, AI TRAINING PROHIBITION, AND SECURITY

The User undertakes to use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to use the Site's contents, article texts, and source codes for the training of Artificial Intelligence (AI Training) systems or Large Language Models (LLM) without a specific license agreement signed by the Owner. Furthermore, any attempt to violate the Site's security systems, the integrity of the checkout, or to engage in conduct suitable to damage the professional and commercial reputation of IFG eCommerce® is prohibited. Any action aimed at altering the technical functioning of the Site will be legally prosecuted.

ART. 7 – EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES

The Site may contain hypertext links to resources, platforms, or tools managed by third parties, such as Shopify, hosting providers, or dropshipping applications. The Owner exercises no control over such external sites and disclaims all responsibility regarding the accuracy, lawfulness, security, and availability of the contents or services offered therein. The activation of such links does not imply any form of guarantee or association between the Owner and the managers of the external resources.

ART. 8 – PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING INFRINGEMENTS

Should any party believe in good faith that the contents published on the Site violate their intellectual or industrial property rights, they are invited to send a detailed and documented report to the email address info@ifgecommerce.com. The Owner undertakes to act with the utmost promptness to perform the necessary technical and legal checks and proceed, where necessary, with the removal or modification of the contested material.

ART. 9 – APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

These Legal Notices and every relationship arising from the use of the Site are governed exclusively by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of these conditions, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Rome is established. The Owner reserves the right to modify this notice at any time; the version published on the Site shall be understood as the one legally in force.
