The IFG eCommerce Academy brings together guides, checklists and practical resources based on the method I use in my daily Shopify work. I prepare them personally to turn complex technical procedures into clear steps that can also be applied by merchants who manage their own store.

Resources may cover configuration, themes, Liquid, catalogues, performance, automation and data structure. They are designed for Shopify stores of different sizes on Basic, Grow and Advanced. When a feature depends on the plan in use, I state that in the specific resource instead of presenting it as universally available.

For tax, legal or compliance topics, the Academy can explain technical aspects and Shopify configurations but does not replace advice from a qualified accountant, lawyer or other relevant professional.

Are the Academy resources specific to the Italian eCommerce market?

Many resources are written with Italian merchants in mind, but I always separate Shopify's technical side from tax and legal matters. When a topic depends on legislation or the specific case, I state the limits of the guide and recommend checking with the appropriate professional before making tax or legal decisions.

Why buy a technical resource instead of relying only on free tutorials?

Academy resources organise procedures, checks and steps that I use in my projects into one sequence, so you can reduce the time needed to reconstruct information scattered across different sources. They do not replace practical experience or promise automatic results: they are designed to help you work with a more orderly and repeatable method.

Are Academy resources updated for Shopify releases?

I review resources when relevant Shopify features, interfaces or procedures change. Before applying a technical step, it is still appropriate to check the platform's current version because some features can change or depend on the plan being used.

After purchasing a resource, can I request technical consulting?

Yes. You can request a technical consultation to clarify a specific question, or Mentoring if you want a broader practical programme. These services are separate from the resource purchased; implementation of changes to the store is agreed separately.

Do I need to be a programmer to use your templates and guides?

It depends on the resource. Some materials are designed for merchants and store managers, while others require familiarity with Liquid, HTML, CSS or Shopify's technical admin. The individual resource description states the required level and any prerequisites.
