Lazio eCommerce Grants 2026: What Is Open and What to Check for Shopify

Valore Artigiano 2026: open until October 28

Lazio Innova lists Valore Artigiano 2026 as open. Applications can be submitted through GeCoWEB Plus from July 21, 2026 at 12:00 until October 28, 2026 at 17:00.

The measure is for qualifying artisan businesses with an operating location in Lazio. It can cover up to 60% of eligible expenses, with a maximum grant of €12,000 and a minimum project investment of €5,000.

Lazio Innova lists digital technologies, hardware, software, ICT and digital services including cloud and SaaS among eligible categories. This does not make every Shopify invoice automatically eligible; the project and each cost item must be checked against the official call and reporting rules.

Rome Chamber of Commerce Dual Transition Voucher 2026: applications open September 15

As of September 3, the application window has not opened yet. The Rome Chamber of Commerce states that applications can be submitted from September 15 to September 22, 2026, with preloading from September 8.

The measure offers vouchers of up to €10,000 per company to qualifying micro, small and medium businesses in Rome and its province for digital and ecological transition projects.

Before including ecommerce development, consulting or software in a quotation, the complete call and eligible-expense rules must be checked.

MIMIT Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher: applications from November

The national MIMIT measure for cloud computing and cybersecurity is not a general voucher for rebuilding an ecommerce store. Pre-filling starts on October 20, 2026, while formal applications run from November 10, 2026 to January 20, 2027.

An important restriction is that eligible products and services must come from suppliers included in the ministry's authorized supplier list. I therefore do not present my Shopify development work as automatically financeable through this measure.

Donne e Impresa 2026 and Lazio SME Digitalization Voucher: closed

The 2026 editions of Donne e Impresa and the Lazio SME Digitalization Voucher previously mentioned in this guide are not open opportunities as of September 3, 2026. Lazio Innova lists them as closed.

When a Shopify project can fit a public grant

The check starts with four elements: beneficiary, project objective, eligible expense category and when the expense can legally be incurred. Even where software or digital services are eligible, rules may restrict licenses, consulting, suppliers, dates, payment methods and reporting.
