Starting point

For Adriana V. Campanile, the work started almost from scratch on the digital side. I was involved directly in Rome to build the brand's online presence and support the team with the operational components of the physical store as well.

The project included Shopify eCommerce, setting up social channels and Business Manager, coordinating with a photographer for photo and video assets, and on-site support for Shopify POS, hardware and the receipt workflow.

The challenge: build the online presence, POS and real-world operations together

It was also a professional growth project for me: it was the first time I handled the installation and launch of Shopify POS on-site in a client environment.

I learned directly in the field, working with the team to solve the hardware and operational requirements needed to connect eCommerce and the boutique.

From zero to a Shopify ecosystem online and in-store

The project went beyond the website: the goal was to create a complete digital presence and make it work in the real operational context of the boutique.

The outcome

The result is a project where eCommerce and the physical store were approached as one system. The team had a direct point of contact on-site as well, not only for website design but also for the operational elements required for selling.

On-site support, not only remote development

This Case Study represents a different situation from the others: being physically on-site with the client made it possible to tackle hardware, POS and real operational processes together, turning a new challenge for me as well into a working solution for the brand.
