Ongoing support for an established international Shopify store: performance, maintenance, new functionality and consulting on opportunities the platform makes available over time.

Herbal Cacao already had its Shopify store when we started working together. The site was underperforming and slow, and the team needed a stable technical point of reference for problems, improvements and new requirements.

The relationship began directly as a Technical Partnership: I continuously receive the team's requests and work on the store while retaining the project context over time.

There was no single redesign that closed the project. The work is about keeping the store fast, stable and aligned with a business that changes quickly.

An important part of my role is also to propose new opportunities when Shopify introduces features that are useful to the company's model, rather than simply reacting to tickets.

Herbal Cacao continues to evolve the store with a single technical point of reference who knows the project and can act without starting from scratch every time.

One concrete example is B2B: in 2026 Shopify extended B2B features to the Basic, Grow and Advanced plans as well. I brought this development to the team's attention because it could support their move into the reseller market without treating Shopify Plus as the baseline.

Maintenance is not only about fixing problems. In an ongoing relationship I can connect platform developments with the client's real needs and propose a path when it creates a concrete advantage.

I can build the store and remain a technical reference through the phases after launch.
